Forward-deployed · 01

A senior lead who works inside your business.

Not a consultant with a deck. Not an agency with a ticket queue. A senior lead embedded with your team, with builders behind them.

One forward-deployed lead inside your operation, with builders behind

  1. Your operations team
  2. Your forward-deployed lead
  3. Builders: automation, integrations, AI

02 · What it means

A forward-deployed engineer works inside your business, not from a ticket queue.

01The term comes from how large AI and data companies ship to their biggest customers: instead of handing over software and a support address, they send engineers to work inside the customer's operation until the system runs.

02It works because the person building sees the real process, not the one described in a kickoff meeting. The exceptions, the workarounds and the spreadsheet nobody mentions all show up in the first week.

03Until recently, mid-sized companies couldn't get this. It was priced for enterprise accounts. We offer the same way of working to companies of 50 to 500 people, one lead at a time.

04 · What your lead does

What your lead actually does, week to week.

  1. 01

Sits in your operations meeting, every week.

  2. 02

Maps the workflow inside the tools your team already uses.

  3. 03

Gets the first automation built in your stack, with our builders.

  4. 04

Connects the systems that don't talk to each other.

  5. 05

Adds AI agents only where a person was making the decision.

A first call is with the person who would embed with you, not a salesperson.
